Cancellation Policy

A few policies concerning cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. These policies are designed to benefit our clients and provide truly exceptional service. If a deposit isn’t paid your spot may not be held. Thank you! Cancellations: Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You are always welcome to gift your appointment to a friend rather than cancel. No Shows: All no-shows will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. This amount will be invoiced and due upon receipt. Late Shows: Depending upon booked appointments, late arrivals may result in shortened or modified services. Upon arrival, your therapist will advise if modifications are needed or if there is insufficient time to perform scheduled services. Despite remaining available time, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s)
